Not overdone. It’s halloumi that’s been grilled intentionally, hence why it’s fancy.
And sweet potato mash with sour cream underneath.
Almost set the house in fire not realising the thicker pan is so much closer to the grill and then flames started coming out the front.

Halloumi so yes it has a sort of “wrapped” vibe if you’ve ever eaten it.
Hence why we call it squeaky cheese.

Wife brought some authentic Italian Pancetta back from her trip to Rome.
Decided to pair it with Chaffles (Keto Waffles), fried egg and topped with cheese sauce.
