It has been a while. If you go to Super Spar they have rump for R100/kg. I am not sure if it is all regions. I saw Some for R120/kg.

What is that
Stock. I save my chicken bones/carcasses and veg scraps then once every few months I make a decent size portion of stock which I freeze into smaller portions for use as needed.
