Which recipe did you use? I've tried a couple and they were good, but it seems a bit overhyped to me.

And then for good measure I tried out a 2min flaxseed mug muffin topped with peanut butter frosting.

They are s quick in the microwave I won't even try them in the oven.
Called 2min muffins but took more like 90sec. And mixing the ingredients was like 3min.

Looks good apoc. I had a pretty wretched Chinese takeaway because I'm preparing to go to the USA tomorrow. So on those lines I'll be awol for a while, probably, I guess.

Well my main meal was going to be the extra hot giblets from Nandos but since half of it was still frozen I think that will be lunch :erm: Chicken is tasty though

I should try just making it open some time as well.
How do you go about making an omelette out of interest?
I pretty much slow cook it on a little bit of olive oil with butter so it doesn't go brown.
