Polenta hake goujons, fried corn polenta flapjack things and pineapple strawberry salsa.

Opted for an almost Banting approach to lunch instead of making proper Prego rolls.

Must say it's still quite filling without the bread, I guess the Avo makes up for that.

Only put the Prego sauce on after which is why it looks a bit bland.

Decided to do Avo with steak as I think cerebus often does and I must say it works well together.

I watch alot of vids on YouTube , have a morbid fascination. Bought a few on eBay when I was in Germany a few months back. Everything was good but the beef was definitely a cheap cut. The meal was 3 years old. Oldest I've tried was 6 years and everything was good.
 
Pork steak with a mushroom and onion gravy. And in the background some savoury caulirice.

The crust on the pork was awesome. Always afraid to leave it too long. This time pushed it a bit further than usual and it came out perfect.
