Jirre fok.. Ate like a king today.. Brother in law made starters, mother in law made mains. Prawns in chili, garlic and butter and fresh chicken... Washed down with copious amounts of gin and tonic.
Recipes or else!

Didn't make either. Prawns - sautee in butter with garlic and chili, pull the prawns then build the sauce around the pan fond. I know he used parmesan and cream.

Fresh chicken - 1.5 cornish hens. Onions and tomatoes. Spices (whole and ground), and potatoes.

That's the extent of my knowledge.
