Soft corn tacos with shredded shin and charred broccoli.
Yum. That broccoli must've been really good. I also enjoy giving it a quick boil and finishing on the braai with something brushed on - oil or some kinda homemade sauce.

It was so tasty. I mixed the broccoli with peppers and cumin and chili and garlic and drizzled olive oil over and roasted for about 25 minutes till it was blackened.

Oh man it's good when it's blackened like that. It's one of my favorite veggies to roast these days. It's so good you don't even need silly tricks like this when giving it to kids...

Tonight ... Boerewors Rolls.

Simple and easy.

I deep cleaned my kitchen yesterday. Like inside cupboards and behind the fridge and cleaning ALL utensils ... and I soaped/scrubbed the floors and wiped it off again..

1 Pan and 1 plate is all that I'm going to dirty tonight.

Boerewors stew and mash. Lovely Grabouw wors.

Both Grabouw wors (I remember) and my Kameeldoringhout (what I have) wors cost R69.00 per kilo.

All the Bulk quantities wors (with crap added) cost R59.00 per kilo.
