I'm experimenting with wraps quite often these days.

Tonight ... Chicken, Avocado, Hummus and Nando's sauce

Nice, stove tops are great for toasting wraps if you like that. Just put a piece of tinfoil over it and turn often.
 
We had a fancy awards evening tonight.

Looks like the baked popper method. Nice. Seriouseats recently did a popper series - some great tips on the coating, and how to keep it on the pepper. Buttermilk and corn flakes are your friend. ;)

Had to use almond flour and egg, and shallow fried it. Was it on the Food Lab? Don't really bother with the other sections.

Not 100% sure. Saw it linked and did the clickety clickety thing. Not bothered where it is if it's good. They've also got a mozzarella stuffed baked double onion ring there I need to try.
