Clean? What do you mean?

Cutting out Sugar and carbs mostly. That's when I realised that they stick sugar in so much stuff. Got a buzz from some low fat yogurt one morning. That was a real Wtf for me.

I need to do it again.

Oh yea I'm hardly sugar and carb free but we mainly cook our own food from scratch these days and it's gradually ruining fast food or packaged food in general for me. Last night was the worst, my stomach is still recovering from the grease shock. Tonight I think a Chinese roast chicken or maybe hake and spinach bake will be the ticket.

Dude, one can make some awesome bangers and mash dishes.

Try making a red onion & wine gravy with it.
Why just make plain ol' boring mash? Add chives or cream cheese (chive flavour) instead of milk/butter or make cauliflower mash (it's much lighter). Roast some garlic bulbs to incorporate into the mash.
Make yer own bangers or make mini meat balls from the stuffing. Get beef/pork mince, spices and make your own bangers.

Thanks for the tips that sounds great :)

yep going to the shops today to buy some fresh produce. kid is young. she deserves to eat real food. your stuff always look so technically challenging. I like making Mexican stuff but im not gonna be rolling that masa in my armpits :p rather buy those things.

I need a nice knife as well. going to start with a cooks knife I think. something I can use for various applications. finally bought a thermometer. going to hit the food networks website. some great recipes for brisket, pork belly and pork shoulder to be discovered.

Heated a bag of Thai chilli sauce in the microwave.

Has a bag of cooked chicken from PnP

Gonna mix the two together.

Not too worried about the outcome ... it will be good enough.
