I'm actually planning on opening a BBQ stall at the markets, with a move to a permanent place.
 
i dont diet cause its so expensive

but yeah its easy to make your own but getting that perfect one thats kind of unique is even better

but randhir you will do well

the place in CPT as the bisucit mill is some kitchen cowboys

that guy makes one good steak roll ..havnt tasted but by the look of it looks awesome

Where are you going to stand? Any solid info? I would love to follow if you're going to blog or track this project on the forum or whatever. Did you see the Tyson Ho blog on Seriouseats?

No, still in early phase. Needs more testing and research on the markets.

Yeah, I love that series, the dude is a talented writer.

The wine bolognese. Was very good, SO licked his plate and then had seconds. :love:

I think the quantity of wine the recipe asks for was a bit much though, so will go by taste next time.
