The wine bolognese. Was very good, SO licked his plate and then had seconds. :love:

I think the quantity of wine the recipe asks for was a bit much though, so will go by taste next time.

Ah so glad you enjoyed. Be careful when using wine to go by taste, as so much of it evaporates in the cooking process that you could shortchange yourself on the flavour.
 
Rack of lamb is in the sous vide for later on, chops chutney is bubbling away for tomorrow.

Tried the cauliflower pizza base...

What an eff up. Basically ate pizza toppings and cauliflower in there somewhere for dinner.

Some kind of couscous chicken made in like 20 minutes just in time before the power went off. Was pretty good I think.
 
That pizza looks better than a lot of the ones in the pizza thread :).

You're too kind :D I'll stay away from that thread and just keep looking at my own. Dont want to get too tempted now. Here's a pic of the base as i was applying the paste.
