What's for supper - Second Course

Being the 4th it's going to be hotdogs and hamburgers for supper tonight - maybe just hamburgers since finding a decent hotdog here is getting harder.

I know that feeling. When I watch American programs my heart breaks a little. There must be shops doing it right here. A little deli or something. Or a butcher that that takes pride in his hotdogs/viennas. Guess the margins are to small.

There is/was a company called Nausbaums (sp?) that made decent hotdogs (frankfurters) but I haven't seen them recently here in PE.

Looks nice PP, hope it was delicious :) Where did you get the harissa sauce from and which one did you get, if you don't mind me asking. Struggling to find it here. Cannot wait to go to BG and bring all sorts of spices and sauces with. Such a problem here to get anything different from mass produced crap.

Contemplating supper.

Think I'm gonna steam up some thai style hake.. with rice or served with bread (feeling lazy.. so probably will be bread)
 
Going to try and stuff Bell Peppers with a spicy mince and mushroom mixture. Top it with cheese and finish in the oven.
 
Load shedding tonight...if there is load shedding. Something cadac-y may be on the menu.

Need to keep a stash of corn tortillas in the fridge. Grill 'em over the cadac flame and stuff with tasty things.

Thanks, will make a stop off on the way home. The one month a year I am vegetarian, I live off veggie wraps :)
