Bacon and Cherry filled Cheese grillers (we buy them at the local Farmers Market) with boiled eggs and caramelised onions.

Partly because it was the only things left in the cupboards and partly because it is such a delicious combo.
 
Not made the same day but both over the weekend. Belly and ribs :love:

It's pork loin ribs from BRM. They come precooked in a sweet marinade
I put the ribs on a medium hot braai and the sauce into a container. Use a large brush and keep brushing and turning till you're out of marinade. You'll end up with the best ribs you've ever eaten.

What is BRM? Never heard of that before but those ribs look icky sticky and just moreish. I have visions of going full Neanderthal on ribs like that. Nom - Nom - Nom
 
BRM Brands
If you're in the area you can buy from one of their factory shops.
And many butchers stock them as well.
