What's for supper - Second Course

For the next two weeks it will probably be chicken salad, chicken salad and chicken salad. Maybe some chicken quiche here and there.

Busy packing for our move to a new house and don't have time for major cooking. Making bulk chicken for lunch and dinner in the slow cooker and using as needed. Might change the bulk cook to mince or pork belly for next week.
 
Now that's how you do a grilled mushroom. Most of the pics on here show a bucket of cheese on top of a barely detectable mushroom.

Last night was Ina Gaarten's spagbol.

but no, leave it until you have enough ammo and when a comment like this will hurt the most :(

It wasn't aimed specifically at you. But if you think it does apply to your food then well... take it how it's intended, cut back on the amount of cheese you're using so that the ratios are more even and the ingredients don't get swamped in sauce and cheese.

and i didn't see anyone else post grilled mushrooms :(
 
Cheeseburger (cheddar and Swiss) on a freshly baked pretzel roll slathered with bacon jam.

Oi, you still haven't given us the recipe for those amazing looking rolls!
 
I make my mushrooms as thus:

- Fry mushroom in butter
- Add soften (in the microwave cream cheese :love:)
- Then add a little bit of cream and pepper

fukk me, best mushroom sauce ever

This!!! the Cream Cheese is just something else! AWESOME!
