Looks delicious.
Love broccoli. (bet my mom never thought she would hear those words uttered from my mouth)
I've never had them.Mine was and still is Brussel sprouts
Think he's saying he still hates them. They're mini cabbages and they can taste very bitter if cooked badly ie stewed in water for too long. They can be nice though, try sautéing them in browned butter and olive oil with plenty of garlic and parmesan, or breaded and baked.I've never had them.
How would you describe the taste? Can it be compared to any other vegetable?
Preferred method of cooking?

One method is to use just the outer leaves:I've never had them.
Can't for the life of me get calamri cooked right. It's always tough and chewy. I bought baby squids yesterday and now I fear I'm going to mess them up. Does anybody have a good recipe as online recipes vary and I'm a little confused.
