Still on holiday
 
Pork steak topped with mushroom sauce and garden peas on the side.

No photo as camera is already packed in the car for weekend away.

I think pork steak is currently my favourite cut of meat. So easy to get a nice golden crust on the outside and still moist on the inside. And the big layer of fat adds so much flavour when properly rendered and crispy.
