Juice or shavings of the peel? How much of the juice? As much as possible from one Orange?
Noted. Thanks!Orange pairs quite well with beef in general. I put in the juice for this but for a beef stew or something I'd toss in orange peel.
If you are inclined, add in the juice of an orange.
I learned my lesson so the chili is cooking for a few hours tonight for supper tomorrow![]()
I would love to have that discipline... I dunno what I want for dinner before 5pm on the day of the meal... makes shopping and preparation difficult

It's less about discipline and more about remembering that sinking feel you get when it's 10PM and you realise that the food you've been cooking for hours isn't going to be ready for that night![]()

I’m yet to pressure cook a chilli, but I suspect I might still prefer the slow cooker method.

I don't have one but I might steal my mother's since she doesn't use it. It's a weird electric one though, never used one like it.
Or any pressure cooker, actually.
