General tsos pork with Szechuan pan fried peppers
Man i need to still get to trying this General Tsau thing.
Had chicken in mind but pork will do just fine as well.

It's usually made with chicken, I just did my own thing with it and it worked quite well, I think. I used the Serious Eats recipe, just without vodka or chilies.
