Possible too low a temp.That doesn’t look like it has been cooked for long enough or it was cooked at too low a temperature?

yeah, some moong/yellow masoor dal/toor dal khichdi and tomato chutney. Tomatoes managed to retain shape though. Probably core discarded/pureed and outer layer sauteed separately & quickly to retain shape. is that home cooked @saor ?
