With a disgusting attempt at a chick pea and cous cous salad.

Threw too much salt over the cous cous. That together with the chick peas in brine made the whole salad taste like sea water..

You've got to rinse the chick peas off before you use them...
 
Having a braai with some colleagues.

We are installing electrical wiring at the school's new clubhouse with indoor braaing facility.

This TV is the cheapest TV we could find and there are NO new PCs anywhere. I do plan on bying a new projector, but that's after waiting for most of the year to see if my budget would alow this huge expense.

This simple clubhouse has been years in the making. A indoor braai isn't that big an expense ... as a matter of fact we didn't even use the fireplace because there's still no light inside the room. We braaied again in an old oil drum underneath a tree.

Chicken pot-pie with leftover roasted chicken from last night and a ton of veg...
