Tonight's gonna be prego rolls. Marinating some minute steaks and then serve in Portuguese bread. Quite excited to see how this turns out.

Last night was bread pizzas from MrsC's homebaked bread recipe. You cut slices as normal and then add a tomato paste base and cheese/tomatoes/mushrooms and grill and it becomes a mini-pizza. Quick treat.

supper tonite :

toasted cheese & tomato

nice strong mature cheddar (grate finely & add half a teaspoon of mayo & mix)
spread the cheese over the toast
sprinkle chopped sundried tomato (lots) over the cheese
grill & enjoy
