Chicken and canned tomato curry.

Onion and chicken fried in a pot
I add 3 cans of peeled, whole tomatoes (I normally do it with fresh, skinned tomatoes ... but I'm lazy tonight)
I've never used canned tomatoes for this, so wish me luck
Meat spices, garlic, curry powder, yoghurt and coconut milk are added at various intervals

Served on a bed of cous-cous

You have to do better than just "something".

EDIT: Oh yes, I forgot the stock cube. And the yoghurt is plain yoghurt ... it's just for consistency and to balance the curry flavour.

Hot Damn ... my curry turned out fine.

I'm sorry ya'll missed it.

I'm ladling it as if it was a soup ... which it is quite frankly.

Had a friend from Durbs staying with us over the weekend and we got her to show us how to make proper curry and briyani. I'm in heaven. I can't express how much I missed good curry. Now to try do it without her assistance. This time we took a lot of notes.

It just seemed like a random throwing together of ingredients, Picard. But if it turned out to your liking, good for you.

Classic Americana - Spaghetti and meatballs. :D
