What's for supper?

White bread toast, real butter, tomato slices, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Heated slightly in the microwave.

Brandy and coke.

EDIT: Actually, the brandy and coke has been the first course. I'll make the toast at around 8 or 9ish.

DOUBLE EDIT: I just realized ... I'm a vegetarian tonight ... except for the butter.

Real butter as opposed to fake butter?

Train for us. Maybe 10 extra reps on each set :D

Done!

My legs are so sore, can hardly move.

And I'm really hungry, but eating anything this late, goes straight to the hips. :(

I've already put the Weetbix and bowl out for tomorrow morning. :)

Very informative, thanks!!

Next time it will be toast or yoghurt then.

No man. Get some proper protein in your body. You need the complete amino acid chains. Vegetarian bullschit won't help as soy is the only complete amino acid chain in vegetarian cuisine and unfortunately it is toxic unless fermented. Which isn't a bad thing mind you. Millions of hippies willingly poisoning themselves puts a smile on my dial, but that doesn't mean you need to. Keep clear of the saturated fats and munch some proper proteins. Eat an animal...

Will stock up on the animal goodies tomorrow. :)

Stock level a bit low, hence the yoghurt and toast.

Yoghurt is good protein. It is a complete amino acid chain so nothing really wrong there I suppose. Go for Greek yoghurt - higher in protein relative to others.

But don't skip the meat. It is a good source of proteins and other nutrients as well, including natural creatine and lipoic acid which is a great anti-oxidant. The toast is an okay source of carbs I suppose, but you can do better...
