Made chicken curry with roti last night, with some steamed broccoli and a salad for sides.

2 free range skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips. half a packet of bulk juliene stir fry. coconut oil with some butter in the pan, put the chicken on, add salt and herbs, once chicken is completely white add stir fry. Stir. put in bowl, add some cheese or sour cream and maybe pour some olive oil over it to make it juicy. Enjoy.

I am starting the braai now, Springbok Steaks, Lemon and herb chicken, aartappel slaai and a spinach and feta bread from the local spar....

I ate so much biltong and droëwors this afternoon that I don't know if I should bother with making a big supper tonight.
