Looks good, but where's the garlic? Only thing I do differently is thicken the sauce by reduction a bit, I don't like it runny.
What substitute did you make for the wine?
garlic is hidden somewhere and i like a more runny sauce so didnt want to reduce it too much
TBh it looks good but like a totally different dish to the one Randhir made.
but tasted very good though

Heh yeah...mixed nuts (more walnuts pls) , grapefruit and a chunk of sprouted essene bread. I feel like a person in medieval times just eating a chunk of bread like thatThat looks like pecan nuts and grape fruit.
