If you made the cheese sauce with a white wine and cheese reduction ... you would have had a proper cheese sauce and the ingredients to a proper Eggs Benedict.

Noodles, Diced bacon, canned chopped tomatoes (Rhodes' Basil and Origanum) and cheese.
