48 hour sous vide ribs finished on the braai. Homemade BBQ+dhania sauce added after.

Blerrie tasty.

Actually, you turn into Russouw Street.. then after the Engen, you will see the turn into the parking area.. you will see Hooters directly on your left side.. can't miss it.

There seems to be another parking area further up which is right in front of the Hooters entrance.. I think if you drive further up Russouw you will see the entrance to that parking lot as well.
Upper parking is the better option. Go to circle at corner rossouw & uitspan...proceed 10 meters north and turn right into parking lot.

edit...parking might be a hint full on upper side...there is a second restaurant there too (Eisbein) which is also popular esp weekends.

Lol no i dont put sauces on my meat. Steak deserves to be eaten as natural as possible. Salt, pepper, sum garlic butter in the pan to liven it up maybe.

+1. Non-lean steak prepared properly is best with no sauce.

Agreed for a really good cut and made medium rare. Anything over medium will just make it too chewy with not much natural flavour imo.

If this isn't a good looking tomato and chicken curry ... I don't know what the hell is.

It does however taste like an addiction. You can't stop.

It looks a bit empty because half the pot has already been dished out.
