Bought some shoulder pork ribs from PnP (R29kg) - busy doing them right now. First cooking them in their bags then going to baste them with the new PnP rib marinade. Have not had shoulder ribs in years. I usually buy the normal pork ribs (R60kg) but felt like a change.
Made my own honey mustard marinade last night... and it was amazing!
Mixed together:
Honey, Hot English Mustard, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Chilli, Garlic, Chicken Rub spices from Woolies. Basted the chicken in this mix and it came out awesome. Sweet with quite a nice bite.
