I agree, Whatsapp is just like making a normal phone call, I think the fact everyone uses Whatsapp on a phone makes users perceive it the same as a normal call.

Well not really, there is a bit of a delay, almost like making an international call...

that is the spirit. get open minded people onto it, slowly but surely the word will spread, just like whatsapp when everyone and their mother had a crapberry and used BBM instead of whatsapp.

we have gone through this process once before, and when we did, BBM actually had more and better features than whatsapp (the read ticks ect)
two years later and we can't imagine a world without whatsapp.

So as mentioned earlier somewhere in this thread I have deleted my WhatsApp account. I have full 4G signal at home on Telkom, but 3G can be a bit dodge and sometimes my phone just dont switch down to take the call. So I told my sis to install Signal for voice calls. WOW! The quality is great!!! Much better than WhatsApp.
