WhatsApp issues downloding videos

Howzit boys and girls.

Been having some very odd issues lately with Whatsapp not downloading videos, both PC and Android.
Some people send a video, it works, next person sends, it doesn't.

This is from PC desktop version and now almost every video is like this!



Those same videos load and play on the phone fine.
The next chat will be opposite.

And it's not just me, but my family and some of their friends also.
So not a bad Wifi or network signal orr anything like that as we in different locations.

Tried reinstalling, restarting, basically everything, but now suspecting it is an actual issue on Whatsapp side...

So anyone else having this problem?

That's a weird problem to have.

No WA dl'ing issue my end, got items yesterday & today no complaints, iPhone user.

Storage is fine... But multiple users so far, not just 1 device...
