Just tested it on a Blackberry Q10, the whatsapp is call enabled and can now take and send calls via whatsapp too

Stop posting your numbers on the forum.

Click on a user's name and Private Message your number to them.

Make sure you have version 2.11.561 before you do so.

My colleague updated his Blackberry Q10 to the latest OS a few days ago and has the latest whatsapp, he asked me to call him from my android device and it worked, he was able to phone me back as well

They need to answer , if they drop the call immediately it wont work. So answer first then drop the call

From XDA:

you have to receive a call from someone who has the feature active ( answer the call) before following these steps
