In October, 2009 the speeds will increase to 8 mbps, possibly even 12 mbps and caps will increase as well. I am about 90% sure based on the available data from my time travels. Latency will improve slightly when Seacom goes live.

didnt telkom say in a previous news post that it would be in 9 to 12 months time before we get 8mbit? So if all goes like you say we should 2 cap increase's this year, the first one being in August and the 2nd one in October?
