When will iBurst drop prices...?

Surely you meant to say "USED" to charge you ...

As you rightly said mate, you are no longer an iBurst subscriber. I see little point in your posts the last couple of days.

As most people might agree, we are all in this particular part of the forum to debate iBurst prices AS SUBSCRIBERS of iBurst. Unless I misread the title of the post.

Shall we get back on topic?

Rudi

Rudi, I remain an iBurst subscriber until the end of September 2009.
Unfortunately iBurst does not allow instant cancellations.
There is a one calendar month notice period.
I downgraded my account on the 25th of August 2009 from 5Gig to 1Gig.
On the 31st of August 2009 I processed the Cancellation with one calendar month's notice.

PS - I have been with iBurst for over 3 years now.

Unfortunately. During that time I also encouraged 2 businesses and 2 family members to become iBurst subscribers directly...

Congratulations, you're going.

So go, please. Your posts are cluttering up the discussion.

Gekco you are what 15 years old? I'll break your neck kid. Stop trolling these forums already, we're all getting tired of your immature pointless posts

Guys don't pick on the man. Everyone has a right to get a bit frustrated. I tell you hearing all the horror stories of iBurst billing and hearing so few for other providers in comparison, I can understand how people can get upset and react. Let's not attack each other.

mod note: thread has been derailed a little. I encourage the creators of this thread to open a new one to continue the discussion. I also encourage people to monitor one another and report derailing posts. Keep it on topic and try to keep the emotion and bad mouthing out of it. In short play the ball and not the man. It is okay to be peeved, but state the facts and wait for responses.

Do NOT get personal anywhere on this forum as it will end up in infractions. Always attack issues and not people. Thanks.
