Where am I suppose to host my NodeJS, just saw that AfriHost doesn't host NodeJS on their hosting plans ?

NodeJS is not usually supported on shared hosts like PHP is. Here are some options you could use:

Lol PHP_Ninja posting about NodeJS...

Heroku, free at first but can get expensive later on.
So use the free stuff and then if your app takes off, you can decided to pay Heroku or the VPS option.
