Where has my data bundle gone???

What is it with our ISP's in this country?

8ta seems to be fine with no connection issues in my area but now i experience an issue where the data is just gone!

Take note of the following below.

I get this sms below and take note of the data bundle size with is 6GB at this time which means 3 x 2GB bundle purchases.

Name:
Number: +2781188
Content:
You have used 5971 MB of data and have 173 MB available. 173 MB will expire on 30/11/2011.
Time: 01/11/2011 22:24:39


Then i get this today:

Name:
Number: +2781188
Content:
You have used 8189 MB of data and have 3 MB available. 3 MB will expire on 31/12/2011.
Time: 05/11/2011 15:43:54

Name:
Number: 8.ta
Content:
Your account was successfully loaded with 2GB + 1GB Promo Bundle that will expire at the end of the next calendar month
Time: 05/11/2011 15:44:20


Name:

Content:
You have used 8221 MB of data and have 2019 MB available. 2019 MB will expire on 31/12/2011.
Time: 05/11/2011 16:24:57


I had no more data left in a matter of 2 mins and i had to go out and purchase another 2gb bundle to get my interent working which means i now should have 10GB if i query data bundle usage.

I am really irritated with the fact that 2GB can dissapear in 2 min.
