On that note, I got a sim for data only, never given it to anyone, I don't even know the number, got an sms from sabc re tv licence on it. I would have normally gone, meh, spam, but, it had my real name in it... where the **** did they get that.

Must have access to the Rica database, wonder if that's legal?
