Where to get a DS-Lite?

Ja, I picked up one of the R4 cards. Bad me. The games are really small (most around 20mb) so downloading them does not consume all your bandwidth or take forever (main reason for not downloading PC games)

To answer the original question, you could always go through e-bay UK. Ask the seller to mark the product as 2 x Book = present. 2nd hand they're pretty cheap. That's how I got mine. With the DS and the R4 I ended up shelling out about R1800.

Yeah... the flash card thing is tha bomb yo!!!! Been downlaoding games like a mofo! Been playing lots of puyo puyo and mario kart in Korean.. so I am actually also brushing up my korean... also playing trauma centre...

I played on my freinds DS a couple of time! and is it addictive! brings back memories of when I had a Gameboy! :P except the DS has 100times better the graphics!

Hopefuly with WiMAX comming to SA we will have a chance to test it's WiFi multiplay! :D

Seems as if they tried with the Gamecube,
and figured that since it wasnt doing well, stuff SA!
Nintendo please come back, the world loves you again
and Wii think that your new machine is great!

Just managed to win a DS Lite off ebay for R1300 (incl. shipping). My first Nintendo handheld since the good old Gameboy back in the 80's...hehe

My sister ordered one from www.wantitall.co.za, she was told 7-15 days ....so that doesn't sound too bad..i'd go for that.

I got one 2nd hand, great little console. Games are easy to get [legally] fortunately, take2.co.za is well stocked and quick on that.

I'm still surprised with the things you can do on the DS. Playing a FPS [Metroid Prime] with a touch screen amazingly works much better than any Console-controller i've used before .
