Where to replace battery on Note 5

Seems like a few of us with Note 5 handsets are getting battery problems. I'm not complaining, the phone's been great for 5 years but now the battery drains overnight and often goes from 30% to 3% in seconds.

Note 10? Note 20? I'm not sure yet and don't want to panic buy so I'd like to have the battery replaced.

Won't go near WeFixit because of their disgusting automated phone answering system. Camratek in Strydom Park are pleasant and helpful on the phone. They quoted R1000.

Any other options or recommendations?

Camratek gave me a whole schpiel about needing the IEM? EIM? MMIE? number to ensure they get correct battery. Also said they have to put the phone "into the machine" so the battery charge takes 3 hours?

Basically the serial number.

You can dial *#06# to get it. Not sure why they'd need to charge it since it's not like the old days where you have to charge a phone for 16 hours anymore. Strange.

Thanks, will do that I'm also confused about how long it takes :unsure:
