Probably Oz.

A lot of people I went to school with are there and they are all enjoying it. Many say it is a lot like SA in terms of weather and culture (outdoorsy, sports mad, etc).

Easiest as I have British citizenship would be the UK, I would prefer Australia but that would mean ignoring a few negatives.
