Which do you go for : Realiable Network or Cheap Data

Okay, I'm creating this thread because I am a little frustrated about the network issues im having right now, I have a ton of data, but whats the point of having that much data if you will not be able to use it due to your network disconnecting every five minutes. I think maybe its time for me to change my modem sim card, moved to a new net, cause this is just too much. And i better do it fast, before i punch a hole in my laptop screen.
