Which ISP? Need some advice

Hi guys,

So I moved into a new house with some extensive internet users (gaming and streaming) and was wondering what line and package with which ISP would fit the best. I have been with Afrihost for a good couple of years but these last couple of months they just declined drastically.

Can anyone provide me with some more insight please?

Webafrica home cam/business uncap

is GREAT for streaming

if u can afford get a 10mbps,will stream 1080p great,

4mb will only do 720p

Dammit, the issue I'm having now is that apparently the max speed is 2mb. Is this even possible? How accurate is the dsl checker on telkom's site?

Not very.

If you don't have a line yet, then your neighbours land line number.

So looks like you exchange technically supports 4Meg, but they are limiting people to 2Meg due to limited capacity.

So you can get 4Meg if you fight a bit. Or do the 4Meg upgrade after your line is in.
