Lol then try changing your dns to Google I doubt that will help but I dunno how else to help

Why do you only have the problem?
If i play Online on a the PC or PS3 my NAT is always open if i select the open option in my router.
If its set to secured it will be moderate and still be able to play.
Not once has it been strict on the AH account.
What package are you on by the way?

No idea why... I never had a problem with AH in the past. But I didn't come to the conclusion. AH stated it in an email. I guess they should know best, after all they are the ones selling the product right ?
I don't have an option on any of my routers to select the NAT type. I have the option select the type of firewall. However I am forwarding all the required ports that microsoft request and this should allow the ports to be opened and therefore the NAT should be open.
Also I am on XB1, it's alot more fussy about an open NAT.
I am on a 100GB capped account.
