If both aren't Dell you are in trouble.

Both of mine are...(but my work laptop is Lenovo - but I had no choice in the matter).

I've seen lots of their ultrabooks have swollen batteries. Of around 10 of them in the building, seven were replaced under warranty. Their Latitude range seems decent, but I don't like the feel of their keyboards. I think I prefer the keyboards of the Lenovo ThinkPad range if I'm honest.

Their CS is very good though, with that I cannot argue. I think it'll be replaced with a Dell again but I wouldn't mind if I received a Lenovo instead. Maybe I can persuade the higher-ups to upspec me to the Precision range...

Why?

I've used DELL, Lenovo, HP before, all gave issues. I have now had 3 Acer's and love them.

It was an insurance replacement so I had no choice.However I would choose a Lenovo as this brand was used exclusively at my place of employment and never heard much complaints

MacBook Pro - couldn't afford to have anything else.

Top end Dell laptop on supplier recommendation, likely to retire it early, massive disappointment. Back to Lenovo for me, last one was stolen, had far better performance and reliability.
