We should have a rating system on the local VPS providers... From my understanding I would say that RSAWeb will probably rank at #1... but hey I could be wrong... Maybe I should start a thread on it

Yep, I was wrong. In the end having the best hardware does not make one the best provider. Their DC is impressive though--last I was there.
