Checkers also has the Jack Daniels Rye on special for R279.

They actually have a whole range on special for international whisky day but this year the specials are running till 15 May.

I found that shopping around town, you can usually find a checkers with some deep discounts. We only have 5 in town, but still, quite an enjoyable Sunday morning outing.
