Thanks! If you ordered on Sunday, they'll process it on Monday and you'll get it today, most likely.

How's the single malt 3 Ships?

others might be "craft" not sure - found itSomething I read over the weekend is still bothering me.
Someone wrote: "The James Sedgwick Distillery, the only commercial whisky distillery in Africa."
Does the Boplaas Distillery and the others then not count?
"commercial" = concerned with or engaged in commerce or making or intended to make a profit
Biggest yes. Most awarded yes. But "only commercial"![]()

Cool.
For someone early in their whisky journey the Glengoyne seems a bit left field, I'm sure there's a story there?Every time a coconut when I buy something it's on special the next day. Thankfully not a big difference this time.

I have and really enjoy the Glengoyne 30 so I wanted something from the line that would (hopefully) be similar but easier on the wallet. For someone early in their whisky journey the Glengoyne seems a bit left field, I'm sure there's a story there?
Which Springbank 12 CS are you getting, the latest release?
I'm a Glenfiddich fan but the 30 ain't that great so good choice there. I would be interested to know which Springbank you get from Copper Monkey.I have and really enjoy the Glengoyne 30 so I wanted something from the line that would (hopefully) be similar but easier on the wallet.
I wanted to celebrate my 30th with a whisky of the same age. I was contemplating the Glenfarclas and Glenfiddich but I don't much like their younger bottlings. I was hoping for a Glendronach 1991, as that style is my preference, but I think that's only coming much later in the year so I went with Glengoyne as I've only read really good things about it.
I don't know which CS it is, I'm guessing the 2020.

Springbank 12yr - Copper Monkey
The 12-year-old edition, always bottled at cask strength, is a wonderfully balanced dram that boasts a smooth buttery body and rich fruity palate. Add a drop of water to release milk chocolate and vanilla notes. The latest release, bottled in January 2017, is 54.2% and the tasting notes are...coppermonkey.co.za
The description says 2017 but I think that's just old. R1119 isn't bad for a CS.
Great price on that Glengoyne indeed. Worth the buy.Every time a coconut when I buy something it's on special the next day. Thankfully not a big difference this time.
