Probably the original brandy cask finish. I think that port finish at cask strength could be interesting.

It is decent - not bad at all. Oddly, I liked the lower price bourbon cask finish one better.

I have a bottle of each here - you want me to drop samples with Emile tomorrow?

Warning to whiskey lovers. Taste and enjoy your whiskey while you can. Due to covid I cannot taste or smell. Even worse I've been told to avoid alcohol until I am fully recovered.

Update: I am now allowed out of isolation. I think I had a very mild case of covid-19 the only symptoms were a runny nose that I would say was allergies and loss of taste and smell which was why I got tested. It seems like my smell and taste is returning and hopefully I will enjoy the bottle of laphroaig I was keeping for a rainy day.
