Sorry, but I have to say it. This is exactly why the Takealot third party thing pisses me off so much.
Takealot were selling the Bruichladdich - Classic Laddie for R939. I still paid R789 on sale. But, now that ACA Liquors is selling it they have replaced their offer with .... tada.

Nice! Not sure why WB is so expensive may be price increase as per BartSimpson, Wild About Whisky and Bottega still have it for R879 & R885 respectively.

Amazing stuff. the 50% ABV is perfect for this young Whisky.
Fresh cut grass and green fruit on the nose, moving into that raw cookie dough ( yeast ? ) from the barley I assume.

Cream on the palate..lots of cream. Some fruit as well still there.

The young spirit leaves a "tingle" on the tongue for a long time. This reminds me a lot of The Classic Laddie with an Irish twist.

The barley does play a huge role here...and I really like it. A lot !!
