Not sure if it's store specific, but Glen Scotia Double Cask is R350 at my local Checkers if you swipe Xtra savings card.
Went to a few Checkers this weekend, foolishly passed on a third Glen Elgin 12 but well I was in an adventurous (also foolish) mood.
I picked up the Akashi single malts for a very reduced price (R300 and R600, usually R750 and R1500). They're both pretty good and worth it at the price I paid.
I also decided to grab a Chivas 18 for R650. Not a fan of this although I like the 12 and XV. It's just too bitter and has a slight vodka taste to it. Oh well.
