Who has it?

Ja look, I was with Cell C for two years, and throughout that time it was a constant uphill battle when I wanted to do anything more exciting than place a simple phone call. I used their GPRS data and it was shockingly poor. I wouldn't hold my breath about their EDGE offering.

If you expect anything more than slightly cheaper calls, avoid Cell C.
 
Sounds like a rash. Or a dog that keeps on pissing in your shoes.

VM EDGE worked fine for me - until I switched to VC :)

Had no real hassles with VM EDGE - I'm based in Pretoria.
 
CellC so far has been good for me. I have a vodacom contract too and Mxit at night is a different story, a few minute delay in sending and recieving messages. For 3g and gprs MTN's service IMO is the best, they just now need to get the 3g rollout going faster
