Why Absa dumped the Guptas

Wow... you make some seriously outrageous claims but it's not surprising with your NWO conspiracy theory belief...

The conclusion to this story still needs to be written.
Can't wait to hear how much cash was deposited into the banks of their new home country.
2017 is going to be interesting for some people.
In a bad way!

Given sajunky's posts, it's going to be a bad year for grammar, punctuation and sentence structure.
My grammar comes out, typical when running out of arguments.
One word: ^%$*sucker, banks will no pay for poor job.

Correction, you are without grammar, there is no grammar coming out of you, but that is off topic for this thread.

One word: ^%$*sucker, banks will no pay for poor job.

 Your "sucker" (fl)utterance lacks context.

sajunky please tell us what happens when you click on this link.

Running out of arguments?

Dude the only one without any arguments is you...

Back on topic...
So according to them they do these due diligence things and then decided whose accounts they will close. The problem I have is they did this as the news broke, not before. So they discredit themselves. What about all the other hot potatoes with accounts?

There is no consistency nor is there any procedural fairness.

LOLZ...

Guptas are the victim of government's own bank regulation. Delicious, beautiful irony.

BTW you really don't have any idea what your talking about. But enjoy. :)

even with jz sending the legislation back, banks (the big 4 at least) largely adhere to international norms because they have to deal with those banks. we are not an island so our banks cannot ignore what is happening internationally.

an ongoing process

which news specifically are you referring to?

What about all the other hot potatoes with accounts?
have they had transactions flagged by fic?

There is no consistency nor is there any procedural fairness.
give cases of inconsistency

Local law is above international law. If bankers want to continue conspiring against local law using their international spying network, they should perhaps to consider a fact that Malema by example have some plans specific to the private banks. ;)

I think your tinfoil hat is on too tight and is restricting blood flow to your brain

Local law is above international law.

Did you intend to say that local laws take precedence over international laws?

If bankers want to continue conspiring against local law using their international spying network,

That's some funky smelling junky you've got there.

You really should make that your forum signature.

It would serve as a warning that you randomly combine words to make nonsensical constructs, and that it is a monumental waste of time trying to make sense of your posts that are completely illogical.

I suppose that gives you a warm fuzzy feeling comrade?
Zuma is your comrade and democratically elected president. Bankers don't like him, they tried to unseat Zuma as Guptas brought to South Africa highly efficient business. By example you enjoy goods with affordable picing from their online portal. With Guptas securing more government contracts they are a treat for established inner circle elite, particularly in the mining sector. Bankers do what they always do, protecting the inner circle but silently. This time they exposed themself and acted directly - on the last final stroke. They cut Zuma's throat, but he survived. Next few months will be very interesing...

Malema in the long term will be trying to die for Zuma (as he already pronounced), just currently he is doing destructive job to get founds for his party. You must remember that this money most likely come - again - from bankers). And his agenda is very clear - no private banks, it is why my comment. :)

So now the banks attached Zuma? Junky can't keep his insane story straight.
